Every first Friday at Kobo Live, we’re running the show.
That means that First Friday with “the hot 17″ is the best; the best bands, the best MCs, the best bar, the best people, the best drinks, and the best deals on band merchandise!
New to the Columbus scene? Let us introduce you to the best of what our fair city has to offer. We love putting together diverse bills that show you the range that Columbus has, and then we present them in the best possible way; killer live shows. We regularly have some of the best MC’s in town, including the always lovely Rachel Gordon from CD102.5.
We’re always at Kobo Live, one of the best venues in town to see live music. With new owners and a new name, this venue has lots of hidden gems that you won’t notice unless you look; like a new sound system, all new decor including mounted animal heads (we’re fans), and a great new lighting system.
Occasionally, we’ll bring in an out of town act, if they are particularly impressive, to play with our local pros. These are special showcases, make sure not to miss it!
